musings of a dog loving book worm

i finished a lot of stuff in the time i kept forgetting to post. i finally finished knitting my purse and I've started making a hat for my mom's photo shoots. i also created a pair of granny square slippers (as i mentioned in my last post). i really like to crochet and knit. i taught myself how. i have also started going to a website called Ravelry. it gives you free crocheting and knitting patterns for almost everything (and i do mean almost everything. I've seen patterns for crocheting swim suits. wheres a swim suit made out of yarn? i mean seriously. i know i wouldn't.) . i also found some patterns for some really cool book marks and i even found a cool hat pattern for a hat called Hannah that lets you where a pony tail and where a hat at the same time. it has this really cool flap that unbuttons and you can put it around your pony tail, button it back up again and presto! you can keep your head warm and wear a pony tail at the same time!
